| With
the goal of changing a pollutant into a valued product, our company
has been able to convert raw poultry litter into one of the world's
finest organic fertilizers.
Organic Growing Systems, Inc., combines
knowledge that goes back to early farming practices with modern
organic molecular chemistry. The result is the formulation of a
truly organic fertilizer that meets the needs of all growers. Whether
one is a backyard gardener, a turf farmer or a golf course manager,
a flower grower or a vegetable farmer or even a representative of
a governmental entity trying to protect the environment, the use
of our TOP Organic Fertilizer will meet all needs.
Gardeners and farmers have known for a long
time that poultry manure is a very rich source of micro-nutrients
and nitrogen, but garden use of raw poultry manure is risky because
the organic nitrogen is so powerful it will chemically burn plants,
killing them. Our TOP Organic Fertilizer is radically different
because we change the nitrogen from the 100% soluble manure form
– nitrate nitrogen designated NO3 – to the insoluble
ammonium nitrogen form – designated NH4. This important nitrogen
capture which prevents plant burning is accomplished while retaining
the tremendous micro-nutrition in raw organic poultry litter.
